Anyone can nominate a website for an award. The nominated websites will be shortlisted and then judged by a panel of experts to determine the winner.

2009 Local Church Website of the Year
This award is open to any local church website. After the shortlisting process, the top ten websites will be put to a vote and chosen by visitors to this site.

2009 Regional Website of the Year
This award is for the websites of synods, dioceses, connexions or other regional church areas. After shortlisting, the winner will be chosen by a panel of experts.

2009 Christian Blog of the Year
This award is for the best Christian blog. After shortlisting, the winner will be chosen by a panel of experts.

2009 Denominational Website of the Year
This award is for the best national denominational website. After shortlisting, the winner will be chosen by a panel of experts.

2009 Christian Youth Website of the Year
This award is for the best Christian youth website. After shortlisting, the winner will be chosen by a panel of experts.

2009 Most Innovative Christian Website of the Year
This award is for the most innovative website, either local, regional or national. After shortlisting, the winner will be chosen by a panel of experts.

Judging criteria

Websites will be shortlisted if they are judged to excel in design, ease of use, navigation, use of images, competence in website design and production, quality of content, search results ranking, engagement with new visitors to the site, use of technology, regularity of updates, and best use of internet technology where appropriate.

Please don't let the above list put you off nominating a website!
