If you wish to use email software such as Outlook to send and receive email you need to connect to the internet with a Surefish dial-up or broadband access product. This is to ensure your are not becoming a source of spam emails.
If you are using an ISP other than Surefish to connect to the internet you should use webmail to receive and send your email
Incoming mail: POP3
You can download emails to your @surefish.co.uk or @fish.co.uk address from pop.surefish.co.uk
Outgoing mail: SMTP
You can send emails via smtp.surefish.co.uk
OLD MAIL SERVER DETAILS
You can still download your email received until 27/09/06 from our old email platform. You need to update your POP3 settings in your email client to
