fish.co.uk was changed to surefish.co.uk in September 2003.

Q. Can I have both @surefish.co.uk and @fish.co.uk email addresses?

A. Yes. All of the existing accounts have @fish.co.uk addresses, and new customers are offered a choice of address.

If you have an existing address, for example myname@fish.co.uk, and you would like to also have myname@surefish.co.uk you can do so by creating another email account or an email alias.

Q: Is it possible for another user to register the same e-mail address as me? I have been receiving e-mails intended for someone else. The senders think they have the right e-mail address.

A: It is not possible for two identical e-mail addresses to be registered. Some e-mail addresses are very similar, however, e.g. jsmith@fish.co.uk and jsmith@surefish.co.uk, meaning that such mistakes do occur.
