Adobe PDF is a universal file format that preserves all of the fonts, formatting, colors and graphics of a source document. These files can be viewed and printed using Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™, free software which is usable on all major computer platforms.

If you don't already have it, you can download it free of charge from the Adobe website. You will need to know what kind of computer you are using (e.g. is it a Mac or PC) and what operating system it is using (e.g. Windows 95, Linux).

On, we use pdf files to provide you with materials that you are likely to want to print and use offline, such as in-depth reports, donation forms and classroom materials. Please bear in mind that copyright still applies to such material.

If you want to save a document to your hard drive without opening it first, just right click on the link and select 'save as'.
