Stuck for gift ideas this Christmas? Christian Aid has come to the rescue with a new gift catalogue offering a wide range of unique presents that can help change the world at the same time.

The Just Gifts catalogue offers bags of presents with a difference, ranging from £7 stethoscopes and four goats for £60 to a mobile health clinic for £219.

You won't actually be sending four goats to your loved ones but the money will be used by Christian Aid to buy the goats for a family in need.

Your friend or relative will receive a card and the pleasure of knowing that their gift from you will keep on giving even after the day is over.

Buying four goats will provide families in Bolivia with essential food and fertiliser for their crops – but it is not just one family that will benefit.

The family borrows the male and female goats and keeps the subsequent kids. The original goats are then given to a different family and your gift's benefits will continue to spread.

Stethoscopes are vital in the fight against disease in countries such as Cambodia where diseases like TB and malaria are still rife, while mobile clinics allow essential health support to reach isolated villagers in desperate need.
