So how does it all work?

When you join, you create a profile for yourself, which can be instantly and easily matched with other compatible members. The profile includes multiple choice questions, plus the opportunity to write about yourself, so that others can get a good idea of who you are.

Matching can be based on location, age, denomination and a whole host of other interests and priorities. You decide for yourself who you want to contact.

You can send emails to others via the site without having to disclose your personal contact details first. And there's also a discussion board so that you can get to know people as you discuss issues or just talk trivia!

And does it work?

On average, there are between one and two new relationships announced each week. To date, there have been eight weddings and 10 engagements. One happy couple wrote in to Christian Connection to tell their story:
