What you could win

The base of the glasses are from mineral water bottles which are joined to the neck of a wine bottle using a special waterproof glass adhesive to produce the recycled dining glass.

Although we give these glasses the title 'recycled', the bottles are in fact re-used and as a result transforming the wine bottles into glasses requires only a fraction of the energy needed to recycle the bottles making the whole process very energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

The bond between both pieces of glass is incredibly strong however we recommend that you do not use the dishwasher to clean the recycled glasses.

Height: 160mm; Volume: 200ml

The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries on Sunday, March 27, 2008.

This is a free to enter competition. The editor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The process of collecting and treating rubbish to produce useful materials which can be used again is known as what?

Select an answer, fill in your details and preferences, and press 'Submit' once. When your entry has been received, you will see a Thank You message.
