*8Mbps is based on maximum possible broadband speed, your actual speed is dependant on your distance from the exchange and quality of your line.

The Surefish MAX broadband packages have download speeds of up to 8Mbps and upload of up to 256kbps, but the line is rate-adaptive - the exchange will dynamically adjust your line speed for maximum stability.

Some customers may not get 8Mbps due to their distance from the exchange or the quality of their telephone line.

** All services are subject to our acceptable usage policy. If you exceed the download limit of the your chosen service you will be charged £0.50 per additional Gigabyte (Gb) of data.
