Switching to Surefish is easy!
Are you ready to switch to Surefish? Join us in 3 easy steps:

Step 1 - Request a MAC code from your existing internet service provider
You need to contact customer services of your existing internet service provider and request a MAC code. They may ask you for a written request. Naturally they want to retain you, but equally we look forward to welcoming you as a Surefish user supporting Christian Aid. Don’t cancel the service with your provider at this stage as it may delay providing you with the new Surefish service. How to contact your provider

Step 2 - Choose your Surefish package
Choose the Surefish package that's right for you. Visit the Broadband & email section to find out more about our packages and offers. Once you made your choice click the "Buy now" button to proceed to the online sign-up process.

Step 3 - Buy online
During the sign-up progress you will be asked to enter the telephone number you would like the service installed on. A line check will identify that you already have broadband installed. You will be asked to enter your MAC code. Complete the ordering progress and we'll take care of the rest.
