If you currently subscribe to our Dial-up Pay-As-You-Go or Dial-up Flat-rate packages you can upgrade in just a few simple steps:
Step 1 – Choose your Surefish broadband package
Choose the Surefish package that’s right for you. Visit the Broadband & email section to find out more about our packages and offers. Once you have made your choice click the “Buy now” button to proceed to the secure online sign-up process. Continue by selecting “Broadband” and your preferred package and hardware options.
Step 2 – Personal details
You will need to provide us with the telephone number you would like the service to be installed on. A line check will confirm whether your line can support your chosen package. You then need to complete your personal details.
Step 3 – Payment details
Please have your credit or debit card ready. We will charge installation, hardware (if any) and the first month’s service costs to your card. You also need to complete a Direct Debit agreement for your ongoing monthly subscription charges. Confirm your order.
Step 4 – Contact Surefish customer services
Once you have completed your order you need to contact the Surefish customer service team and advise us of any existing email addresses which you would like to get transferred to your new account. You will be automatically assigned with a new main email address and have another 4 email addresses available on your new account which can be used to transfer any existing email addresses you may want to keep.
